We are receiving a lot of calls from our Big Sandy addresses that they are not receiving their water bills.  We mailed all of our bills from Gilmer Post Office on Jan. 31, 2024.  They go to Shreveport from Gilmer, and then to Coppell before going to Big Sandy.  You will need to call the office (903-734-5438) and get the amount of your bill.  We have no control of the mail, but your bills are still due by the 15th.  So sorry for this inconvenience, but they're enroute somewhere and the sad thing, postage just went up the 21st. of January.......
